With over 20 years of experience in project design, project evaluations, technical assistance, project implementation and management, value chains and socio-economic research, capacity building and training; he has done assignments for ADB, UN agencies, INGOs and government agencies in Afghanistan, Bhutan, Saudi Arabia, PNG, Sri Lanka and across India. Masters in Applied Operational Research from University of Delhi, he founded Aajiva Solutions, a consultancy agency, in 2016. He is Life Member at All India Management Association, New Delhi and has published articles. His interests include Spirituality/Philosophy, Nature, Human development, Global challenges, Consumer rights, Reading, Writing, Acupressure, Cricket, Swimming, Chess and Travelling.

Jitender is having over 20 years’ experience as accounting and financial professional in the corporate sector including financial reporting, accounting, banking and financial operations, bookkeeping, auditing, group companies account consolidation, corporate management reporting, business and cash flow analysis, internal and external auditing, and training new employees in sectors/industries including in Oil & Gas, Social Sector Consulting agency, Computer Software and Hardware industries, Real Estate construction industries, and Chartered Accountant firm. He became well versed in SAP ERP, GAAP requirement, and ERP Tally while working in Fortune 500, MNC and SMEs in Malaysia, Dubai, USA and India. He is a certified GST Practitioner and likes Driving, Cricket, Travelling, and Music.
